These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Driwix mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Driwix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Driwix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
• Truck Owners: You must have a registered truck to access the load-finding features.
• Transport Companies: You must be a legally registered entity to post loads on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must create an account to use certain features of the App.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity on your account.

3. Use of the App

• Truck Owners: You may search for loads, accept bookings, and track your ride history.
• Transport Companies: You may post loads, view posted load history, and manage your company profile.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payment and Transactions

• All payments for rides and services are processed through third-party payment gateways.
• Truck Owners: You will receive payments for completed rides based on the agreed-upon terms.
• Transport Companies: You agree to pay for any services provided by Driwix in accordance with your agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App and its contents, including all graphics, text, logos, and code, are the property of Driwix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its servers.
• Post any false or misleading information about loads or services.
• Harass, defame, or abuse other users of the App.

7. Termination

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driwix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including any damages resulting from the loss of data or profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Driwix, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or any other third-party claims related to your actions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
